While Staying with us, you will have access to virtually some of the most breathtaking views imaginable of Oregon's scenic Coastline. Just a few minutes drive north or south will find you amid numerous scenic attractions of natures splendid beauty.

You can beach walk your way north on Searose Beach just 1/2 mile and visit two sea caves or make your way through the Amazing Tide Pools that are home to numerous Starfish and Green Anemones accessible during Low Tides(Please beware of the ocean and its power, Never Turn your back to the waves!). The often windy shoreline can host perfect conditions to do some high kite flying. Several hiking trails adorn the area as does the State Designated Bike Route along beautiful Highway 101.

Visitors to the coast enjoy Beach Combing activities while trekking their way down beaches, rock formations and tide pools. Things that can be found are agates from clear to fire red (while these are more prominent in winter months, they are still found by our Guests). Sand dollars and clam shells are commonly found in the area. The most sought after treasures currently are the Japanese Glass floats that find their way to shore after being adrift for years in the ocean currents. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled for Whales as they make their way by the shores.
